Camilla has worked in hospitality for over 13 years ranging from 3 Michelin starred restaurants to casual burger joints. Whether implementing state-of-the-art POS systems, training a team of hundreds or designing uniforms for fine-dining restaurants, Camilla focuses on building amazing relationships and unforgettable concepts.

Her career began with the Hillstone Restaurant Group. She spent two years moving with the company throughout California and New York, learning and executing their renowned training systems and hiring practices. Danny Meyer and Union Hospitality Group called next, and she worked her way up the ranks at Maialino in the Gramercy Park Hotel. It was with USHG that she honed her excellence reflex and commitment to creating some of the best teams in hospitality.

Camilla was recruited by Will Guidara and Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park to join the opening team at The NoMad NYC. Camilla was responsible for the creation of all NoMad service manuals and training programs. Subsequent properties in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and London all executed Camilla’s training program. While at The NoMad, her team was awarded two Michelin stars and three stars in the New York Times.

She was lured back to LA once again and spent three years as a General Manager at American Beauty, The Window at American Beauty and Superba Food + Bread. Under her leadership, The Window at American Beauty was named a 101 Best Restaurant by the Los Angeles Times.

Camilla currently resides in Santa Monica with her partner, newborn daughter Estella and her 3-year old Australian Shepherd named Mona. She loves her family, coffee and a really good book.
